Thank you for joining us at our 2025 Fall Fest and Cider Festival. By completing this purchase, you agree to the following:
All vendors must be pre-approved by calling 757-332-1454 or 304-832-6811. All vendor applications are subject to final approval by Old World Libations. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any vendor for any reason. If participation is refused after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Dear Vendor,
Thank you for participating in an event at Old World Libations, located at 3493 Greenville Road, Union, WV, Monroe County, West Virginia. To ensure a safe, smooth, and legally compliant event for everyone involved, we kindly ask that you read, sign, and return this Vendor Agreement and Liability Waiver.
1. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement
By signing this form, the vendor agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Old World Libations, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss or damage to personal or business property
- Injuries to the vendor, staff, guests, or others
- Weather-related incidents
- Acts of theft, fire, vandalism, or any other cause
Old World Libations is not responsible for any damage to vendor equipment, merchandise, tents, displays, or vehicles, whether by accident, natural causes, or otherwise.
2. Safety and Setup Responsibilities
- Vendors are solely responsible for the safe and secure setup of all tents, tables, merchandise, and displays.
- All tents must be adequately secured with weights or anchors. Staking may be permitted depending on ground conditions but must be confirmed with staff.
- Vendor areas must be supervised at all times and left clean upon departure.
- Vendors must comply with all local fire, safety, and health regulations.
- Any electrical needs must be arranged in advance with Old World Libations.
3. Insurance
While not required, vendors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance for their business or booth. Old World Libations does not provide coverage for vendors.
4. Cancellation and Weather
Events are held rain or shine unless otherwise stated. Old World Libations reserves the right to cancel or alter the event schedule due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or compensation shall be made in such cases.
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement and that you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Monroe County, West Virginia.
If a vendor cancels after payment, no refunds will be issued. If Old World Libations cancels the event entirely for reasons other than weather or safety, vendors will receive a full refund.
